The Setra Super II is a robust scale system that's built around the patented, Variable Capacitance Load Sensor technology, to provide exceptional counting accuracy and reliability, for an industrial environment.

The first thing you’ll notice about the Super II is the convenient, easy-to-read, graphic display. Closer inspection reveals exceptionally high weighing accuracy. Key features:

Accuracy: Award winning variable capacitance technology provides up to one million internal increments for precision in small parts counting and up to one million user selectable displayed increments for highly accurate weight measurements. Accuracy control and enhancement features allow the scale to perform at optimum level and to give accurate weigh / count readings at all times.

Internal Database: A built-in database can store part numbers, part descriptions, average piece weights, lot numbers …
Once this information is stored in the Super II, it can easily be recalled by entering the part number. This feature will also eliminate the tedious and time consuming sampling process.
Furthermore, data can easily be keyed into the scale by using any IBM PS/2 type keyboard.
Custom formatted, bar coded labels can be printed on selected label printers.
Printing complex shipping labels to simple bin labels … it can be done!

Internal Transaction Log: Automatically keeps track of who counted how much, when,

• Logs in the part number
• Stores the operator’s badge number
• Records the time and the date
• Remembers the quantity issued or received
• Prints a transaction report at day’s end

Label Making Made Easy: No scale system is easier for generating bar codes for formatting labels with multiple text fields of information. Up to seven bar code fields can be printed on one label, and the Super II can store print drivers for other printers as well. The Super II can print Time/Date automatically and can assign sequential shipping carton or serial numbers, if desired.
